Q. How did you join CII?
Peg was the one who started it and I gave it a go since I have some experience in local activism and share her enthusiasm to promote Cantonese. I was surprised by how many people followed and join us. It was quite moving.

Q: 你係乜嘢機緣加入CII㗎？
其實係Peg 發起攪粵語愛爾蘭嘅，咁我之前有啲本地嘅社運經驗，亦一向有心宣傳廣東話文化，所以諗住試下啦，點知又真係有咁多人走出黎幫手，都感動嘅。

Q. How many people in your family speaks Cantonese?
At home I talk to my kid only in Cantonese.

Q: 你屋企嘅廣東話普及程度係點呢
A: 我係屋企同我小朋友係100%講廣東話

What's your expectation for CII in the new year?
My top wish is to secure funding to hire an office manager to greatly improve the efficiency of the organization. That would bring the organization up to speed. Now we are limited by the fact that we rely on volunteer and everyone need to split time between family and day job and COI.

Q: 新一年對CII有咩期望？
A. 希望來年組織更上軌道，最大願望係可以有資金請到一位office manager，會大大改變我哋組織嘅效率，因為而家全部都係義工，大家都要照顧家庭同埋返工，做嘅嘢有限。
