Hi, my name is Wai Kwan Tsang, but most people know me as Lisa Tsang.
I was born and raised here in Ireland, and I specialize in social media marketing. My professional background involves creating impactful marketing strategies and promotions, which has given me a solid foundation in understanding how to connect with different audiences.

Why do you volunteer with Cantonese in ireland ?
I decided to volunteer with Cantonese in Ireland because I see how important it is to build a strong, engaged community that celebrates our culture. Being born in Ireland, I’ve always felt proud of my Cantonese heritage, and I believe it’s essential to keep our language and traditions alive. Volunteering with CII gives me the chance to combine my passion for marketing with a cause that means so much to me—helping to bring people together, share our culture, and promote diversity in Ireland.

我選擇跟<<粵語。愛爾蘭>>做義工，係因為我知道建立一個強大、互動嘅社區，去傳揚我哋嘅文化係好重要嘅。我係喺愛爾蘭出生嘅，對自己嘅廣東血統一直好自豪，我深信我哋一定要承存我哋嘅語言同埋傳統。做義工就係一個好機會，可以將我對營銷嘅熱情同我對文化嘅關注結合，幫助將大家凝聚一齊，分享我哋嘅文化，推動多元化喺愛爾蘭嘅發展。
What do you want to achieve volunteering with Cantonese in Ireland?
Through volunteering with CII, I aim to expand our reach and make sure the incredible work we’re doing—whether it’s cultural events, workshops, or community activities—gets noticed by a larger audience. I want to use my expertise in social media marketing to amplify our message, attract more people to join us, and get them involved both online and in person. Ultimately, my goal is to help grow the Cantonese community here in Ireland and create a vibrant network where people feel connected, appreciated, and inspired to celebrate our shared heritage.

我嘅目標係擴大我哋粵移民及粵團體係愛爾蘭嘅影響力，確保我哋嘅工作無論係文化活動、工作坊，定係社區活動，都能夠被更多人知曉。我想用我喺社交媒體營銷嘅專業知識，幫助宣傳我哋嘅訊息，吸引更多人加入。唔單止係線上，仲有線下嘅參與都好重要。最終，我嘅目標係幫助擴展喺愛爾蘭嘅粵社群，建立一個充滿活力嘅網絡，令大家覺得大家彼此連繫、互相珍惜同支持，大家一齊去慶祝我哋共同嘅文化遺產。
