Cantonese in Ireland 2024 Event Review
Cantonese in Ireland celebrated an extraordinary year of cultural promotion, community engagement, and advocacy, organising 50 diverse events that reached over 90,000 people, including native Cantonese speakers, heritage learners, and non-native participants. Great News! Funding Approved!
Cantonese in Ireland successfully secured funding from the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration, and Youth for the Ireland Against Racism Fund 2024. We hope this funding will help the Cantonese Irish community be seen and contribute to building a diverse and culturally accepting Ireland.
