We were proud to see our Chairperson, Max Yu, deliver a workshop and talk at the @campaignforuyghurs Campaign For Uyghurs Advocacy Training Workshop last weekend.
Drawing on the latest research and real-world examples, Max’s session, “Marketing in a Politically Polarised World,” explored the science behind mobilising supporters through social media engagement. He also shared practical tips to help campaigners communicate effectively and navigate politically charged environments.
At Cantonese in Ireland, our commitment extends beyond advocating for the Cantonese community. We are also dedicated to sharing our knowledge and expertise, supporting fellow community groups, and strengthening advocacy across communities.

今次分享嘅主題係 「政治兩極化世界下的市場營銷」（Marketing in a Politically Polarised World）。Max 結合咗最新嘅研究同實際案例，講解點樣可以透過社交媒體互動、凝聚同動員支持者，亦分享咗一系列實用技巧，協助倡議者喺充滿政治爭議嘅環境入邊有效溝通，應對各種挑戰。
粵語愛爾蘭除咗積極為本地粵語社群發聲，亦致力分享我哋嘅專業知識同經驗，支援其他社區組織，促進唔同社群之間嘅交流、合作同互助。
