Families enjoyed a lively storytelling session in Cantonese, English and French, inspired by The Magic Horse of Han Gan by Chen Jiang Hong. Children and adults alike were completely engaged by the story and its beautiful illustrations.
After the story, everyone got creative! 🖌️
Participants tried their hand at writing the traditional Han character 「馬」 (horse) with ink and brush. It was wonderful to see both children and parents so focused and curious.
Each family then crafted their own unique magic horse using paper and pipe cleaners 🐴✨ Every creation was different, full of imagination and personality!
We also practised saying Lunar New Year greetings in Cantonese, filling the room with festive cheer 🧧

等我哋而家再同大家分享多啲上星期六喺 Alliance Française de Dublin 舉行嘅精彩活動花絮啦！🐎✨
首先，大家齊投入用粵語、英語同法語聆聽陳江洪畫師嘅《神駒快奔》。無論大人定細路，都被精彩嘅故事同精美插圖深深吸引。
聽完故事之後，大家就開始動手創作啦！🖌️
參加者用毛筆同墨汁，嘗試書寫繁體漢字「馬」。見到大人細路都咁專注、咁投入，真係好開心！
之後，每個家庭都用紙同扭扭棒製作屬於自己嘅「神馬」🐴✨ 每一隻作品都充滿創意同個性，各有特色！
我哋仲一齊練習用粵語講農曆新年祝賀語，現場充滿住熱鬧又喜慶嘅氣氛 🧧
再次多謝所有參加嘅家庭，同我哋一齊透過語言、文化同創意，共度咗一個咁難忘嘅早上！ 💛
