A small portion of wonton noodles, usually with less noodles and wontons than a regular or large serving.

指份量較少嘅雲吞麵，通常比「大蓉」少麵同雲吞，適合食量較細或者想食輕啲嘅人。（量詞：碗）

補充說明：

Some say the original character was 「擁」 (to hold close). In the past, wonton noodle portions were small, and during winter, people would hold the bowl close to their bodies for warmth while eating, hence “small held (bowl),” which later evolved into 「細蓉」.

亦有指「蓉」應為「擁」，據說早期雲吞麵份量較細，冬天時低下階層會將細碗麵「擁」喺懷入面，一來可以暖身，二來可以充飢，因此有「細擁」之稱，其後演變成「細蓉」。
