The first 📝"Write as You Speak: Global Cantonese Writing Initiative for Youth" is a collaboration among Cantonese organizations in Ireland, the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia. The goal is to inspire kids and teens to express their creativity, thoughts, and emotions in Cantonese. The event also includes workshops introducing Cantonese writing to parents and children. The contest is open to ages 5 to 18.

第一屆📝【我手寫我心︰全球兒童青少年粵文徵文】活動係粵語愛爾蘭同英美加澳唔同機構合辦嘅活動，目的係為咗鼓勵各地兒童青少年我手寫我心，用粵文表達自己嘅創意、思想同埋情感，培養新一代粵文作家。除咗徵集粵文文章，仲會有一系列嘅工作坊向家長及孩童介紹粵文創作。徵文活動歡迎五到十八歲嘅兒童青少年投稿。
